Backed by $30M from top-tier investors, the company is building AI-powered tools that dramatically reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers. Already supporting 20,000+ clinicians, generating 70,000 patient notes daily, and surpassing $11M ARR in just one year, they are scaling quickly and expanding their product suite to make healthcare delivery more efficient and rewarding.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical execution on one of the company’s core AI-driven product teams.

• Design and build end-to-end product features, from backend systems to polished user experiences.

• Drive architectural decisions that enable scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Contribute hands-on to development while mentoring and leveling up other engineers.

• Help shape the technical vision and culture of a growing, high-impact engineering team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proven track record of building and shipping SaaS products (B2B or B2C).

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and Git.

• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems).

• Experience in both startup and big tech environments is highly valued.

• Product-focused mindset — you think about how technical decisions impact end users and business outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid team environment.

Preferred

• Experience applying LLM/AI technologies in real-world products.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, HTTP, VS Code, or Cursor development tools.

• Background in healthcare or other mission-driven industries (not required but nice to have).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $230,000
