What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and competitive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. It is fast-paced, outreach-driven, and results-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up through cold calls, emails, and proactive follow-ups, and managing clients. The position of the Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities
Develop leads through research, referrals, trade shows, directories, and industry events
Close new business and expand existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities
Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, processes, pricing, and value proposition
Negotiate rates and deadlines while ensuring client needs and profitability are met
Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality service and results
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach and business development strategies
Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Your experience includes:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management
