We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain communication across teams, and ensure smooth workflow in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely manner
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with file organization and document management
  • Coordinate with team members and departments remotely
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks
  • Support onboarding and general HR administrative tasks (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Trello
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working remotely
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or CRM systems
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always required)
