Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships.

👉 What will you do?

• Design and implement affiliate programs that generate leads and sales.
• Identify and recruit strategic partners aligned with our brand.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• Create engaging campaigns in collaboration with other teams.
• Measure, optimize, and report results to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

👉 What we’re looking for in you

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms, SEO/SEM, and performance metrics.
• Analytical, results-driven profile with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to propose monthly strategies and sales projections.
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Hubspot).

👉 It’s a plus if you have

• Certifications in digital or affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Additional languages.
• Experience managing campaign budgets.
