About the Team
You will be part of the Williams Sonoma Customer Relationship Marketing team responsible for managing and optimizing the advertising investment across our paid marketing channels – Digital, Catalog, and Email – to maximize sales. Our job is also to ensure we are innovating and executing marketing campaigns across programs and channels that drive new customer acquisition as well as increased mindshare and wallet share with our existing customer base. You will ensure our marketing investments are delivering against core KPI’s and that your marketing campaigns are aligned with the brand’s key initiatives and growth strategies.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the team in driving brand sales and optimizing the marketing investment across our email and print channels for Williams Sonoma. You will execute marketing campaigns in support of key brand initiatives that will drive profitable growth as well as identify programs to acquire customers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing circulation plans, analyzing performance to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and flawless campaigns. You will also report on performance KPI’s and assist in monthly and annual financial budgeting, including invoice management and cost tracking. A successful candidate will have experience in marketing and possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare seasonal/monthly email and print performance recaps and present to brand partners & leadership.
Execute catalog circulation and test plans, using data to identify, target, and deliver relevant messaging to key customer segments
Partner with Customer Analytics to measure incrementality of all email + print programs, continually improving the efficiency of our investment
Proactively work with team members, email deployment team, brand, finance, customer analytics, and external vendors
Analyze competitive marketplace and follow Marketing trends
Criteria
This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
