About the Role
Are you ready for an exciting challenge in the dynamic world of medical aesthetics? We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across the Bay Area. What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market presence.
Prospect new clients, conduct product presentations, and deliver engaging demonstrations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plastic surgeons and physicians.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale support and resolution of customer issues.
Provide market feedback and insights to support product and service improvements.

What We’re Looking For
Proven track record selling capital equipment, ideally within the medical or aesthetics industry.
Experience using ROI-based selling methodology with the ability to clearly communicate value propositions.
A customer-first mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
Recognition such as President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or similar sales achievements, is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the Bay Area.
Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is a plus but not required.
