We need a professional, committed Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and the day-to-day operations of the property. You need a strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events.
John King Senior Community is comprised of 91 senior-restricted rental units affordable to those with incomes below 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community includes an on-site senior center as well as a child care center, making it one of the few, if not the only, truly intergeneration projects in the Bay Area.
