San Francisco | Chief of Staff / Operational Quarterback – Stealth AI Platform

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff / BizOps leader to be the operational quarterback of our leadership team—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and ensures the company executes on its bold vision.
In just 20 months, we’ve hit $5M ARR, built a profitable business, and proven that our AI approach can change the game for marketers everywhere. We’re a small, scrappy team of 10 based in San Francisco, and every day is about creating clarity, speed, and creative firepower for our customers.

What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, maintain focus, and drive follow-through on strategic goals
Act as the central ops hub across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, connecting workflows and decisions
Run weekly executive cadences, track projects, and prep internal and external communications
Own logistics for leadership meetings, investor/board prep, and special GTM projects
Track OKRs and departmental priorities to ensure accountability, momentum, and results
Manage internal communications to keep teams informed, aligned, and clear on direction
Help shape the rhythm and culture of our San Francisco HQ—plan team rituals, coordinate events, and build an environment people love
Be the go-to “fixer” for operational blockers—solving problems before they become distractions
Who We’re Looking For:
5-10 years experience in BizOps, Chief of Staff, GTM operations, management consulting, or VC/startup environments
Experience in startups and/or scaling high-growth companies is highly desirable
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities
Excellent communicator, trusted thought partner, and problem solver
High ownership, commercially minded, and comfortable thriving in ambiguity
Bonus: Familiarity with GTM tools, dashboards, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
