What you’ll do

We are looking for a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our marketing and product initiatives across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and product storytelling, and will partner closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate ideas into high-impact creative.

You will design assets that drive clarity, conversion, and consistency, while evolving our visual system as the company scales.

The role will be based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality creative assets across digital marketing channels, including:
    Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, display, social)

  • Website and landing pages

  • Design for Product marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies)

  • Translate briefs, concepts, and performance insights into clear, compelling visual designs

  • Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to support launches, campaigns, and experiments

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems

  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Ensure all creative is on-brand, accessible, and optimized for each channel

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Creative Designer

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:

    • Digital marketing and performance creative for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Display, Youtube, Reddit, etc.

    • Clear visual hierarchy and storytelling

    • Brand consistency across multiple formats

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI tools, Video cut tools, After Effects, Premiere Pro

  • Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or tech products is a plus

  • Strong understanding of design for conversion (layouts, CTAs, readability)

  • Ability to take ownership from concept → execution

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics or light animation (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) and video cuts

  • Familiarity with web design systems and responsive design

  • Experience supporting paid acquisition or growth marketing teams

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS tools
