We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative to assist customers by providing timely, accurate, and professional support. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Follow company procedures and service standards

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)

• Previous customer service or support experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
