Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining patient information and other dental records in our database. Accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency are key in this role. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer training and support to help you grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient information, appointments, billing details, and treatment notes

Maintain data accuracy and verify information before entry

Scan, file, and organize physical and electronic records

Support the front office and clinical staff with data-related tasks

Manage sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Perform routine database backups and checks

Assist in generating reports or summaries as needed

Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient records
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with dental or medical software is a plus (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
