About the Role:
Join Thrive City as an Events Sales Manager and be a key player in creating unforgettable experiences in the heart of San Francisco. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead event sales initiatives and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event partners.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase event spaces.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive sales leads.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event sales or a related field, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences and a customer-first attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
