Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Annual Compensation: $320,000–$330,000

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide primary care in a community health clinic dedicated to advancing health equity and improving access for historically underserved populations.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and chronic disease management.
• Incorporate culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches into clinical practice.
• Collaborate with social services, behavioral health, and community partners to address social determinants of health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to implicit bias, cultural humility, and quality care.

• MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure.
• Experience in community health or safety-net settings preferred.
