Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to join a multidisciplinary community health clinic focused on health equity, culturally responsive care, and team-based practice.

Position Overview:

• Provide family medicine services across the lifespan, with attention to prevention, early intervention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Incorporate principles of cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and implicit bias awareness into daily practice.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in internal trainings and case discussions.
• Support initiatives that address social determinants of health through coordination with community and social service partners.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure.
• Demonstrated interest in community-based care and working with diverse populations.
