Financial Analyst (FP&A)

• Asana is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team
• Our finance team tracks and seeks to understand the factors driving our growth and success

• In this role, you will be a trusted advisor in our Technology and R&D Orgs, delivering insights and providing recommendations for supporting sustainable and efficient growth globally
• You will help drive improvements to forecast accuracy, enhance corporate reporting, establish and improve finance processes, and help scale our systems
• Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance; highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior management
• Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis for our internal teams
• Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to help scale our FP&A practices; support company-wide planning and forecasting processes in a manner that is both efficient and effective
• Establish and maintain relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (including executives, team leads, and program leads), and serve as a key point of contact for all things finance
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required to support our growing global business
