Design has been core from day one. Our clinicians need crystal‑clear insights at warp speed, and their patients expect consumer‑grade convenience. That takes a designer who can move from big‑picture system thinking to pixel‑perfect interaction – then back again – without breaking stride. In short, we need range and pace.

We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to own every facet of design – product, brand, motion, and the emerging design culture of Vibrant. Reporting to our co-founder and CEO, you will partner closely with our CTO, engineers, clinicians, and customers to turn blank‑canvas ideas into shipping product. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a product that’s redefining the future of clinical care. What You’ll Be Working On

• Create first principles–driven product flows across clinician and patient apps, from whiteboard to Figma to production.

• Evolve Vibrant’s design system as the product scales.

• Lead generative and evaluative research with doctors, health coaches, and patients; translate findings into clear product direction.

• Shape our visual language across web, in‑product surfaces, marketing collateral, and investor decks.

• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly – measure success by learning speed, not just polish.

• Champion accessibility, HIPAA‑grade privacy, and delightful micro‑interactions in equal measure.

• Hire and mentor the next wave of designers when the time is right.

What You’ll Be Working On

• 5+ years designing end‑to‑end digital products, with at least 2 years in AI-native products, consumer health, wellness, or digital care.

• A portfolio filled with shipped products, experiments, and side projects – not just concept mocks.

• Clear evidence of range: visual craft, UX architecture, copy instinct, and brand thinking.

• Clear evidence of pace: short feedback loops, bias to prototype, habit of learning from data.

• Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, v0, React/HTML/CSS familiarity a plus).

• Comfortable in ambiguity – you ask good questions, set scope, and move.

• Empathetic communicator who can trade‑off gracefully with engineering and clinical teams.

• Passion for preventive, whole‑person healthcare and the opportunity to make it mainstream.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing for AI‑driven workflows or data‑heavy health dashboards.

• Motion or micro‑animation skills to bring complex health data to life.

• Familiarity with FHIR or other healthcare data standards.

• Prior early‑stage or founding designer experience.
