Salary: $190,000 – $250,000 USD + Equity

About the role

This is a founding hire where you will own the product experience end to end.

This is not a traditional design role. You will design, build, and ship.

You will work across product, UX, and engineering to create AI-native experiences used by real customers every day.

What you will do

Own the end to end product experience across voice, UI, and workflows

Design and build AI-native interfaces where humans and agents interact seamlessly

Ship directly into production using modern tools and AI-assisted development

Define product architecture, interaction patterns, and system design

Work closely with the founders and customers to iterate quickly

Drive speed, clarity, and quality across everything you build

What we are looking for

Strong product thinking with excellent UX judgement

Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences

Strong visual design instincts and attention to detail

Experience shipping real products, not just prototypes

Comfortable building interfaces using React or a modern web stack

Interest in AI, automation, or conversational interfaces

A clear bias for ownership, speed, and execution

Nice to have

Experience with developer tools or internal tools

Experience designing for AI systems or conversational interfaces

Startup or early stage experience

Not a Figma-only design role

Not a handoff to engineering role

Not a purely visual or design systems position
