We are looking for a rockstar Senior Founding Recruiter to be the founding member of our Talent team. You will interface with the CTO and CEO to find the best engineers, operators, and founders as we become the leading AI provider in the automotive industry.
Interface with CTO and CEO
Maintain job postings and pipelines on Ashby, Bookface (Y Combinator Work at a Startup), CDG Jobs Board, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Own hiring roadmaps and postings
Source candidates for whom you have no business being in their inbox
Leverage AI recruiting tooling and hack your way to the best candidates on the market
3+ YOE in talent operations
Experience thriving in companies with less than 200 FTEs
Seasoned experience in hiring for high-caliber technical roles
