What You Will Do

  • Join as a Founding Engineer and play a critical role in shaping both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.

  • Design and build highly scalable backend infrastructure to support real-time data processing, AI-powered workflow mapping, and enterprise integrations.

  • Collaborate directly with product visionaries and technical leadership to execute a bold roadmap focused on solving enterprise-scale challenges.

  • Own end-to-end systems, from architecture to deployment, with opportunities to take on increasing leadership as the team scales.

  • Contribute meaningfully to technical hiring, process definition, and product direction in a high-ownership environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally at high-growth, high-talent-density B2B SaaS companies.

  • Strong individual contributor track record (not more than 1 year in a purely management-focused role).

  • Expertise in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, scalable APIs, and deployment strategies (on-prem, hybrid, cloud).

  • Demonstrated success building and shipping products for enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.

  • Computer Science degree from a top-tier university (ideally top 15 CS programs). We are not considering bootcamp-only educational backgrounds for this role.

Preferred

  • Backgrounds in companies like Palantir, Databricks, Scale AI, or similar high-caliber engineering environments.

  • Previous experience supporting enterprise deployment use cases in regulated or complex infrastructure environments.

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts or workflows (while not required, it's a plus).

  • Comfortable working full-time, in-person from a San Francisco-based office.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $210,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Equity: ~2% with flexibility for more based on leadership scope or co-founder potential
