Impact & Role
- Join as the 2nd engineering hire, working directly with technical co-founders
- Shape technical infrastructure and best practices from the ground up
- Build and own critical features in a greenfield environment
- Help create an engineering culture that's collaborative and inclusive
Ideal Background
- 1+ years of production engineering experience (exceptional new grads considered)
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end
- Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS/Azure is valuable
- CS degree from a top university with strong fundamentals
- Previous founding engineer experience is a plus

- Construction industry experience or data product experience is valuable
The Package
- Salary: $100K - $160K
- Equity: 0.5% - 1.0%
- Location: Flexible within SF, NYC, Boston, DC, or Northeast Corridor
- Remote/Hybrid options available
