Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Sourcing, Programs & Governance to join our Real Estate Strategy & Operations team. This strategic role is the essential bridge between our global Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) teams and the broader Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, and Legal functions at Salesforce, and our external partners including third party providers.
The successful candidate will be a high-impact senior program leader responsible for developing and governing the critical processes that allow REWS to source and procure goods and services globally, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while minimizing risk. This role will create and lead strategic initiatives and programs designed to enhance the operational partnership between REWS and Procurement, streamlining global sourcing operations and driving measurable improvements. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle from strategy and global sourcing to transactions, project design & delivery, and ongoing operations to effectively speak both the REWS and Procurement languages and guide both parties to successful outcomes.
This role requires expertise in procurement, financial governance, process efficiency, and senior stakeholder socialization to drive operational excellence throughout our global portfolio. The successful candidate will be the REWS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities.
The successful candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in the end-to-end procurement process, focused in corporate real estate. The Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Sourcing, Programs & Governance will report to the Senior Director, Real Estate Finance Operations & Compliance.

The typical base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $213,800 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $169,600 - $233,200 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
