About the Role:

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention at Decagon. In this role, you’ll own the entire growth marketing funnelβ€”experimenting with new channels, optimizing existing ones, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale a best-in-class growth engine. This role will be a great fit if you thrive in fast-paced environments, love blending creativity with performance marketing, and are excited to scale an AI-native business.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing strategies, across paid, organic, ABM, and partner channels, to drive high-quality leads for sales and ensure sustainable, scalable growth.

  • Are highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing funnels, owning and hitting pipeline goals, and increasing ROI.

  • Have a track record of hiring, managing, and growing high-performance growth marketing teams.

  • Have experience establishing data-driven decision-making frameworks leveraging Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools to measure performance, optimize spend, and maximize efficiency.

  • Have successfully partnered with marketing, sales, and RevOps to align strategies, improve lead handoff, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Are passionate about continuously testing new growth channels, messaging, and creative approaches, ensuring the team stays ahead in a competitive AI landscape while efficiently managing and allocating marketing budget.

Even better if you:

  • Have experience scaling growth marketing in a fast-growing startup, particularly in AI, SaaS, or B2B technology.

  • Have a track record of developing and executing ABM strategies in close collaboration with sales to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Have familiarity with influencer marketing in the AI space.

  • Have a strong network in the growth marketing community and stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations, especially AI tools.
