We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Leader to build and scale programs that create pipeline. You’ll lead strategy and execution across paid and organic channels, drive creative campaigns, and partner closely with marketing colleagues, sales, and sales development to continue our incredible trajectory.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll lead campaign planning, set channel strategy, manage vendors, and make sure every dollar spent is driving results. You’ll also help build the foundation for how we grow long-term. You’ll set up or improve the systems, skills, and reporting we need to scale.

What you’ll do:
Support pipeline targets for both inbound and outbound motions
Lead strategy and execution for paid media, organic, social, and growth programs
Build ABM programs that focus on enterprise growth and strategic accounts
Launch campaigns that align to product launches, content, events, and customer stories, partnering with our product marketing and events teams
Collaborate with SDRs to build strong handoffs and maximize follow-up
Work closely with MOPs and RevOps to improve funnel conversion and lead scoring
Analyze performance across channels and improve what’s working
Test new ideas, tactics, and channels to uncover new growth levers
Support the skill development of the team
What we’re looking for:
6–10 years of B2B growth marketing experience, most recently in SaaS and with start-up experience
Proven ability to build programs that generate qualified pipeline
Strong mix of performance, creative, demand generation and lifecycle marketing
Experience working with GTM audiences (sales, marketing, CS)
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other GTM tools
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also leading strategy
Experience partnering with SDRs and sales leaders
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
