PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.


We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated a first-rate work ethic, strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative support for all HR functions and initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration tracking.
  • Monitor required training and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support HR projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
