Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 60–70%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Post job ads on appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Generalist HR Duties (30–40%)
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
- Help manage employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with HR reporting and audit preparation as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
