We are looking for a driven, self-sufficient Intermediate FF&E Interior Designer with a strong high-end residential and hospitality interiors background. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment and is confident in taking initiative, managing their workflow, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions with minimal oversight.

With 7+ years of experience, you bring a refined design eye and the ability to take ownership of FF&E packages—from concept through to installation. You’re proactive, organized, resourceful, and passionate about curating beautiful, timeless environments that elevate the everyday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FF&E design development for specific project areas with confidence and independence while aligning with the broader project vision.

  • Source and specify furnishings, finishes, lighting, textiles, accessories, and artwork with precision and creativity.

  • Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specification documents, mood boards, and presentation packages.

  • Liaise directly with suppliers and fabricators, managing sample procurement and tracking.

  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with architectural elements and interiors.

  • Assist in managing procurement processes and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

  • Attend client meetings, showroom visits, and site installations, representing the design intent with clarity and professionalism.

  • Stay ahead of design trends and product developments, continuously expanding your knowledge and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience working on luxury residential and hospitality interiors.

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive FF&E design from start to finish.

  • Strong creative and technical knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and custom design.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills — juggling multiple projects with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel; knowledge of procurement tracking tools is a plus.

  • Confident communicator, both internally and in client/vendor interactions.

  • Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and pride in delivering polished, well-resolved work.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a studio that values autonomy, creativity, and design excellence.

  • Work on award-winning, design-led projects with a global reach.

  • Collaborative, respectful environment that encourages professional growth and initiative.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to experience.
