The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 27.00 USD - 35.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a Marketing Data & Analytics Intern, you’ll step into a role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on quantitative problem‑solving. You’ll help build the analytical frameworks that shape how we evaluate performance, uncover insights, and make smarter business decisions. From enhancing key data‑tracking processes to digging into syndicated and digital data sources, you’ll play an essential part in strengthening LSB’s expanding analytics capability and turning raw data into actionable strategy for both Marketing and Sales.
In this collaborative, fast‑paced environment, you’ll partner with teams across the organization—including Sales, Brand Experience, New Product Development, and Finance—to uncover opportunities, support key initiatives, and influence real business outcomes. Your work will deepen our understanding of consumers, elevate performance measurement, and help bring high‑impact strategies to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a comprehensive competitive deep dive by analyzing key competitors’ pricing, promotions, placement, product, and digital penetration (e.g., share of online sales, e-commerce visibility, digital shelf metrics – where applicable); synthesize insights into a clear competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Develop innovation reporting and tracking by enhancing the current innovation tracker and developing a consolidated, single source-of-truth report that enables the organization to clearly understand, measure, and communicate innovation performance, including digital adoption (where applicable) and online engagement trends.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Data Science in progress
Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and apply data-driven thinking.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Strong storytelling skills — able to explain not just what the data says, but why it matters.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a cross-functional environment.
High energy and passion for driving results
A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and managing projects / deliverables
