The team is comprised of designers, user-experience experts, writers and project managers. We partner closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising and product development. About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Creative team. From initial concepting through to final asset pass-off this role will contribute to brand design across email and social channels while maintaining our brand and design standards.
Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of daily and weekly digital content in email and paid channels from initial designs through final asset handoff and production.
Follow and maintain brand design systems. Responsible for ensuring all digital touchpoints uphold our typography and design standards.
Partner senior team members to support larger integrated brand campaigns: collaborating with the art directors, copywriters, and marketing leads to bring the brand expression to life.

Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or BFA in Graphic Design or a related field.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $63,000-$72,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
