The Digital Creative team is responsible for bringing the brand to life in the digital space, creating best-in-class marketing across site and performance channels. The team is comprised of designers, user-experience experts, writers and project managers. We partner closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising and product development. About the Role 

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Creative team. From initial concepting through to final asset pass-off this role will contribute to brand design across email and social channels while maintaining our brand and design standards. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the design and execution of daily and weekly digital content in email and paid channels from initial designs through final asset handoff and production. 

  • Follow and maintain brand design systems. Responsible for ensuring all digital touchpoints uphold our typography and design standards. 

  • Partner senior team members to support larger integrated brand campaigns: collaborating with the art directors, copywriters, and marketing leads to bring the brand expression to life. 

  • Be a digital expert! Explore new and innovative digital & social designs and trends. 

 

Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree or BFA in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • 1+ years of digital design experience, preferably in the retail space.
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of HTML 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 
  • You have a love for design systems and typography. No design detail is too small!
  • You work quickly and can juggle and prioritize multiple competing task, working well within tight deadlines.
  • You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $63,000-$72,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
