You'll work in our Training and AI research team to build training datasets that capture the nuances of legal and compliance workflows, through visuals.
Your expertise will shape how our models understand complex questions related to these visuals.
You'll help bridge the gap between legal domain knowledge and cutting-edge AI technology, making complex legal tasks accessible at scale
Your contributions will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of AI systems handling sensitive legal and compliance scenarios
What you'll be doing from day one:
Annotate and curate high-quality legal and compliance data using our proprietary tools, ensuring precision in areas like regulatory compliance, contract analysis, and legal research
Source documents, case work and artifacts that a Legal professional will be working with daily.
Analyze complex legal scenarios aligned with your expertise, selecting challenging problems that push our models to better understand real-world legal dynamics
Interpret evolving instructions and adapt quickly, maintaining exceptional accuracy while working on novel AI training tasks in a fast-paced environment
Who you are
You have professional experience in legal or compliance roles (e.g., lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, judicial clerk, mediator, or similar), with strong analytical and organizational skills
You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
