Our Merchant and Co‑Brand clients span a wide range of industries, including travel and hospitality, retail, restaurant/QSR, grocery, everyday spend, and more. The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and plays a key role in shaping and executing client marketing strategy.
The Manager leads consultative discovery to identify product and payment marketing opportunities within the Merchant segment, while supporting business development efforts that drive Visa purchase volume, Value‑Added Services revenue, and client brand growth. Marketing engagements may include customer research and insights, marketing strategy, creative development, channel activation (email, paid social, paid display, search, OOH), influencer marketing, and event marketing.
This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Research, Marketing, Legal, and agency teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes for Visa and our clients.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 114,400 to 215,300 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
