We are seeking a proactive, detail-loving Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves juggling multiple projects, and is excited to work on a broad range of initiatives, from digital marketing to event coordination to executive support. You will work closely with our CMO and broader marketing team to help bring Levelpath’s story to life, manage marketing programs, and keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What you will do

  • Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across marketing campaigns using Asana

  • Support campaign execution across digital, email, events, and social media

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and aligned

  • Maintain content calendars for social, email, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Assist with asset development - presentations, banners, swag, and more

  • Track key performance metrics and compile reporting across campaigns and channels

  • Support the CMO with scheduling, meeting prep, expense tracking, and internal comms

  • Assist in organizing team meetings, offsites, and key company events

  • Prepare documents, research, and presentations as needed

  • Help ensure top-notch communication and follow-up across projects and stakeholders

What you bring to the table

  • 1+ years of marketing coordination, communications, or admin support experience (B2B or SaaS preferred)

  • Proven organization, communication, and follow-through

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace)

  • Demonstrated experience managing content calendars and social media scheduling

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Proven comfortability in a startup environment: flexible, resourceful, and eager to grow

  • Willingness and ability to work in-office full-time (5 days a week) at our San Francisco HQ

While not required, it is an added plus if you have:

  • Experience with social media engagement, analytics, or review management

  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation tools

  • A passion for storytelling and a curiosity about the enterprise tech space

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $90,000 - $135,000.
