We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and customer -obsessed individual to join our Luxer Liaison team in San Francisco as a <\/span>Package Returns Driver.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Our Luxer Liaison team provides expert onsite package management to a wide range of premium, high -package -volume properties across the Luxer network.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The <\/span><\/span>Package Returns Driver<\/span><\/span><\/b> will focus primarily on processing and managing resident package returns in market, while also supporting standard Liaison duties as needed. This individual will be a key player in maintaining Luxer One’s promise to deliver “truly effortless package management.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>What You Will Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>In this full -time role, you will spend approximately 75% of your time overseeing returns and 25% performing standard Liaison duties. A day in your life will include:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Picking up, processing, and dropping off resident package returns to local carrier centers daily.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Using an app to track and document returns with precision.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Communicating professionally with residents, property teams, and carriers to ensure a seamless returns process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Driving your personal vehicle throughout the San Francisco area to complete assigned routes safely and efficiently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Providing in -market support for standard Liaison duties when return activity is light, including package audits, organization, and resident interactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintaining a clean, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times while representing Luxer One.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Supporting the Operations Manager and team with any additional tasks or needs related to service delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Who You Are:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Professional and personable, you’ll be the face of Luxer One to both residents and property management teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Tech -savvy and comfortable using digital tools and mobile apps.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- 2+ years of customer service, logistics, delivery, or multifamily experience preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent time management and problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Able to lift and move packages within standard weight limits safely.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Available to work in person across multiple locations in and around Downtown San Francisco.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Must have a personal vehicle in good condition and proof of auto insurance.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- At least 18 years old.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
