I've partnered with a well-funded startup in the AI organizational space to help them find a product designer. Their product allows companies to create a single source of truth connected to all functional groups in the form of an AI teammate that continually enhances alignment across an entire organization. The role will work onsite in their SF office.
What you'll do:

Architect and build cohesive design systems across the entire product

Set the design standard for intuitive, beautiful interfaces that make AI feel approachable and powerful.

Ensure experiences handle complex multimodal interactions seamlessly.

Make critical decisions about user experience, visual direction, and product feel.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of product design experience, preferably at a consumer facing company
- Ability to reduce product complexity
