π About Encrypt.ai
Encrypt.ai is an early-stage, well-funded startup operating at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. With under 10 employees and ambitious plans for growth, weβre building foundational infrastructure to secure AI systems in a fast-evolving landscape.
π§ The Role
Weβre looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team as an individual contributor (IC). This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate β this is for a strategic executor who wants to build and grow, fast.
Youβll own the product marketing function end to end β from messaging and positioning to go-to-market strategy, events, and website revamps. You'll work closely with our leadership team and play a key role in shaping how Encrypt.ai tells its story and connects with users, customers, and the broader InfoSec/AI ecosystem.
β What Youβll Do
Craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral
Drive go-to-market launches, content, and campaigns for B2B/enterprise products
Represent Encrypt.ai at industry events and conferences
Support enterprise sales enablement efforts
Oversee marketing aspects of the website and lead its strategic overhaul
Execute marketing strategy directly β not just plan, but do
Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership to define and prioritize growth initiatives
Be a vocal advocate for our brand in the AI and security communities
π What Weβre Looking For
2β8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or similar
Strong IC mindset β you enjoy executing and getting your hands dirty
Experience working in or marketing AI or cybersecurity products
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strategic thinking balanced with ability to roll up sleeves and implement
Hungry, flexible, resourceful β you move fast and make things happen
Ability to work from Boston or the Bay Area (or relocate)
𧩠Bonus Points
Experience with early-stage startups or sub-10 person teams
Background in enterprise/B2B SaaS marketing
Previously led growth initiatives in a technical domain
