The Role

We’re looking for a world-class Product Marketing Lead to own the narrative,

drive go-to-market for new product lines, and help 10x revenue in the next 12

months. This is a rare opportunity to step into a company with deep market pull

and shape how our product is positioned, launched, and sold—across digital, field,

and enterprise channels.

You’ll sit at the center of product, growth, sales, and brand—and help bring clarity

and acceleration to our next phase of scale.

What You’ll Do

Lead the launch process and drive GTM strategy, messaging, content creation and positioning for Vori products and features from the perspective of independent grocers.

Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Drive GTM strategy for new product rollouts (e.g. AI inventory, mobile back office, e-shelf labels, fintech tools)

  • Create and manage launch calendars, messaging playbooks, internal enablement, and external campaigns

  • Partner with product, sales, and ops to bring offerings to market with precision

Messaging & Positioning

  • Own Vori’s product narrative internally and externally -clarifying value props, differentiators, and market fit across audiences

  • Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer stories

  • Develop sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and case studies

  • Ensure that all team members are up-to-speed on launch details and partner closely with Customer Education to make sure the Vori customers have a smooth onboarding on any changes to their experience

  • Lead messaging and hierarchy of the Vori website to ensure we're best positioning our product and use cases

  • Improve storytelling across the buyer & user journey.

Revenue Growth Partner

  • Build scalable frameworks that help the sales and growth teams move faster and close better

  • Measure success in pipeline contribution, velocity, and campaign-driven

    revenue lift

  • Support pricing strategy, upsell motions, and customer lifecycle marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech, with proven GTM ownership

  • Launch athlete: You’ve led 0→1 or 1→n product launches and know how to

    rally cross-functional teams. You are a self starter that is ready to build out product marketing from the ground up.

  • Strategic communicator: You can write a killer headline and a 3-tier

    positioning doc without fluff. You have stellar verbal and written communication skills and have honed your craft of messaging, positioning and outbound marketing/content strategy

  • Growth-minded: You think in funnels, experiments, and CAC:LTV—not just brand equity. You have experience leading omnichannel product marketing strategies.

  • Scrappy but strategic: You’re not above writing a blog post or jumping on a

    call to learn from a user. You can see tis from a bird's eye view while also identifying current day priorities to take the program to the next level

  • Experience in vertical SaaS, retail tech, or marketplaces a big plus. Start-up experience is a plus.

  • Passionate about empowering independent businesses to save time and make more money
