Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and updates
Conduct deep customer research, persona development, and ICP refinement
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
Develop sales enablement materials that drive conversion and retention
Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to align strategy and delivery
Execute and measure demand generation campaigns through webinars, events, and more
Use data and experimentation to refine messaging and optimize market impact
3–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fintech or B2B SaaS
Strong expertise in customer research, positioning, and messaging development
Proven success driving go-to-market strategies in a regulated industry
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up
Strategic thinker with strong project management and execution skills
Prior experience in a startup or Series A–C environment
Background in working on products in highly regulated sectors
Founder experience or a track record of building functions from scratch
Demonstrated success in hosting or managing demand gen activities (e.g., trade shows, webinars, conferences)
Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating closely with content and design teams
Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 CAD/USD
Equity: 0.01% – 0.05%
