Our AmLaw 100 client is adding real estate associates to a nationally recognized real estate practice with deep bench strength and steady deal flow. This is a growth -driven hire supporting complex commercial matters across major U.S. markets, including Texas and California.<\/span>

The group advises institutional clients on sophisticated real estate transactions and continues to expand alongside strong demand across finance, development, and investment work.<\/span>

The Role<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This position sits within a high -performing real estate team handling:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>


<\/p>

• Mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions on the lender and borrower side<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Joint venture equity structures<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Development matters across asset classes<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>


<\/p>

Associates are expected to run core pieces of deals, work directly with partners, and regularly interact with clients.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Mid -level to senior associates with meaningful real estate transactional experience<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Background in debt finance, equity joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, or development<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong transactional lawyers from adjacent practices who want to transition into real estate will be considered<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Lawyers who value training, partner access, and a professional but functional culture<\/span>
