The Role
We're hiring a Founding Recruiting Account Manager to own employer relationships end-to-end and drive hiring outcomes. You'll be the day-to-day point person for clients, keeping searches moving, ensuring alignment, and delivering an experience that earns repeat business.
This is a high-ownership IC role with clear, measurable outcomes and direct impact on how we scale.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of employer accounts: communication, expectations, timelines, delivery
Run onboarding and kickoffs to ensure tight alignment from day one
Partner with hiring managers to nail down role requirements, interview processes, and success criteria
Maintain cadence: weekly updates, pipeline reviews, feedback loops, and decision-driving
Spot and resolve risks early (stalled searches, misalignment, slow feedback)
Coordinate with internal recruiters/sourcers to translate client needs into execution
Track performance via simple dashboards and scorecards (pipeline health, speed, conversion)
Drive renewals and expansion by delivering strong results and surfacing new hiring needs
As a founding hire, shape the playbook for how Clera manages employer relationships at scale

What We're Looking For
3-7 years in account management or client services at a recruiting agency or staffing firm
Track record managing multiple concurrent employer relationships
Strong consultative and operational skills: you can advise and you can execute
Comfortable navigating stakeholders (hiring managers, recruiters, HR/finance) and driving decisions
Detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through
Commercial mindset: you think about retention, expansion, and long-term account value
Nice to Have
Client-side experience (in-house recruiting or HR partnership)
Experience supporting high-growth or high-volume hiring teams
Comfort with CRMs, ATS tools, and basic reporting
