Remote Inbound Sales Representative

We are currently hiring Entry-level Inbound Sales Representatives to support a well-established education-focused organization that helps students take the next step toward their academic and career goals. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are passionate about customer service, sales, and helping others through important life decisions during a high-volume enrollment period.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls from prospective learners interested in exploring available educational programs. Representatives will guide students through the enrollment process, answer questions, provide program information, and, in some cases, assist with payment collection. We are looking for friendly, motivated, and consultative communicators who can build rapport naturally and create a positive experience for every caller in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service and sales experience is highly preferred, as well as strong English proficiency.

Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
• Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST

Compensation

• $5.50 USD p/hr
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independant Contractor position

Work Schedule

• Daily shifts of 9.6 hours (including an hour break)
• 48 hours p/week
• Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off:
• Week 1: Saturday and Sunday off
• Week 2: One day off on the weekend and one day off during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and customer service calls
• Assist customers with program information and enrollment
• Provide callback options when requested
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience
