As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to redesign how clinicians and patients interact with healthcare technology. You won’t just be designing software—you’ll be creating experiences that reduce clinician burnout, give doctors more time back, and empower patients to feel truly understood.
In this role, you will:
Simplify complexity: Turn challenging, ambiguous clinical workflows into intuitive, elegant product experiences.
Lead end-to-end design: Drive projects from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to polished, high-fidelity designs.
Push design boundaries: Elevate the craft with strong visual, interaction, and motion design principles.
Champion the user: Advocate for clinicians and patients through research and user testing, ensuring every design decision is rooted in empathy and real-world needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life and shape the future of healthcare technology.
5–7 years of enterprise product design experience, ideally within high-velocity SaaS or AI-driven companies.
Strong background in end-to-end product design, including research, prototyping, interaction design, and shipping products.
A portfolio that demonstrates clean, thoughtful design with excellent flow, organization, and storytelling.
Experience designing for complex workflows and solving ambiguous product challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.
Highly collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Experience at leading SaaS or AI companies with a reputation for design excellence (e.g., Stripe, Airtable, Uber, Glean, Harvey, Figma, Discord).
Prior work on 0→1 product design, building products from concept through launch.
Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments is a plus, as long as you have strong enterprise design experience.
Agency design experience before transitioning into SaaS product roles.
Base Salary: $200,000 – $240,000
