Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base + equity

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Admin Platform team, you’ll architect and build core features that support the admin experience across the company's enterprise-grade product offerings. You’ll focus on backend systems while also contributing across the stack when needed.
You’ll lead projects from ideation to production, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers across teams. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping platform capabilities that directly impact some of the world’s largest organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
Leading cross-functional projects that impact multiple product areas
Improving data models and performance using relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Building features like SCIM sync, SSO, and Custom Roles for enterprise customers
Driving long-term technical strategy and architectural decisions
Mentoring team members and contributing to engineering excellence
6+ years of experience as a software engineer (fullstack preferred, backend focused)
Proven experience working on scalable, production-grade web applications
Strong system design skills and ability to lead architecture discussions
Deep experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and backend languages like Kotlin
Experience working in startup environments or high-growth tech companies
Track record of cross-functional impact and influencing beyond your team
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub workflows
Familiarity with data engineering practices (pipelines, processing, analytics)
Experience with security, authentication, or admin-focused features
Prior exposure to hybrid cloud environments or enterprise software
Competitive base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
