We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will contribute to bringing strong technical talent to Kiddom's Product, Design and Engineering team. Kiddom's business is rapidly expanding and needs to scale our pace of product delivery in an effective and expedient manner. We need a senior recruiter who can develop a strong pipeline of candidates and manage the relationship with internal clients. You possess the ability to understand a complex business and communicate the value prop of a role with us as we scale towards a massive business with lots of end users of our product. You will play a pivotal role helping the organization connect with the right talent and meet our business objectives.Β This role works within the Talent team and reports to the VP of Talent.
This role requires in-person office work in our San Francisco HQ.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
