What You Will Do

• Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features with high ownership and autonomy

• Develop scalable systems for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of complex documents

• Design and implement AI-driven pipelines for extracting structured insights from unstructured data

• Architect multi-step workflows that reason across datasets to generate actionable outputs

• Work closely with domain experts to translate real-world workflows into robust software systems

• Contribute to core infrastructure and system design decisions as the product scales

• Operate in a fast-paced environment where shipping high-quality code daily is expected

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

• Proven track record of building and shipping impactful products end-to-end

• Strong experience with modern web technologies (especially Next.js) and backend systems (Python)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

• Experience handling complex data workflows or unstructured data systems

• Ability to operate independently and solve ambiguous, high-impact problems

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience in regulated or high-stakes domains (e.g., LegalTech, FinTech, Healthcare)

• Background working closely with customers or domain experts to build product-driven solutions

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, especially applied to real-world workflows

• Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in lean, high-growth teams

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $250,000
