We are seeking a highly motivated, deeply analytical, and strategic Senior Associate to join our Strategic Finance team supporting LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions business (LMS) — our advertising business. In this role, you will drive business impact by leading efforts in Advertiser Demand Growth, a critical area focused on uncovering insights into customer budgets, spend composition, and emerging trends to identify, prioritize, and execute new growth opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to SMB Growth initiatives, a company-wide priority and other highly visible business initiatives.
You will provide comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational support - from developing forecasting models and business cases to analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities. You will also contribute to high-priority Financial Planning processes as needed. Working closely with Strategic Finance teams and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and BizDev), you will craft strategies, build sophisticated models, translate data into actionable business recommendations, chart courses of action, and hold teams accountable to drive sustainable growth for our ads business. The ideal candidate is a full-stack strategic finance professional who seamlessly integrates analytical rigor with strategic vision, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and consistently drives operational excellence.

The pay range for this role is $96,000 - $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
