What you’ll make happen in your first 6 months

• Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero — your work sets the gold standard

• Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles — you’ll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale

• Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes — your ideas will directly influence how we work

Work Week

You’ll spend most of your time hands-on: picking, packing, and prepping hardware to ship worldwide. But you won’t just do tasks — you’ll help us build better systems.

• Receive and inventory consumables with care and accuracy

• Pack up shipments that meet tight specs and even tighter timelines

• Keep our digital inventory systems clean and up-to-date

• Flag gaps, pitch improvements, and test new workflows with the team
  

You’ll be part of a close-knit warehouse crew, working alongside your teammates to get things out the door — smarter, faster, better.

Why Meter?

Compensation

• The estimated hourly pay rate for this role is $22 - $25 an hour.

• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
