What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow branch production through recruiting, coaching, and sales leadership
  • Develop and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize performance
  • Build strong relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners
  • Drive branch profitability, pipeline management, and operational efficiency
  • Create and execute local market growth strategies
  • Monitor sales activity, conversion metrics, and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations and company standards
  • Foster a high-energy, positive, and accountable sales culture
  • Participate in strategic planning with executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
  • Previous experience leading or managing a mortgage sales team
  • Proven history of recruiting and developing producing loan officers
  • Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and guidelines
  • Established referral network and business development mindset
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Active NMLS license preferred

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Base Salary

  • $48k-$60k annual base salary
    (based on experience, production history, and market)

Additional Compensation

  • Branch override commissions - 10 bps
  • Revenue share opportunities

Total Annual Compensation Potential

  • $250,000 – $400,000+ annually for high-performing leaders
