We are looking for a Founding Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to be the first dedicated people person at Roger. You will be a true partner to the founders, building our hiring engine from the ground up as we plan to double our headcount in the next year.
What will you be doing?
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical, product, and go-to-market roles.
Act as the first point of contact, screening candidates for skills and cultural alignment.
Partner directly with founders to define roles and build scalable hiring processes.
Represent the Roger brand, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Build out our recruiting infrastructure, including our ATS (Ashby).
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage (Seed-Series B) tech startup.
Proven ability to source, engage, and close both technical and GTM candidates.
High ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a positive, high-energy personality.
Must be a US-based individual contributor ready to handle hands-on, end-to-end recruiting.
