What You Will Do

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in the software development and insurance industries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
• Foster relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within technology or insurance sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully filling mid-senior level positions in fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits
