What You Will Do

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the software development space.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to track recruiting metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the interview process.
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the market.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 4–8 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles, from software engineers to product managers.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to engage with candidates on a technical level.
  • Experience using various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment and understanding the unique challenges of scaling teams.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Compensation and Benefits
