We are looking for a talented Founding Growth Marketer to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline through creative experiments and rapid execution.Β We are a Sequoia-backed B2B SaaS company with an experienced team focused on user-centric solutions and fast shipping.
This role is 5 days per week onsite in San Francisco, CA
Job Duties:
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google and LinkedIn.
- Design and execute growth experiments, such as microapps, landing pages, out-of-home advertising, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to quickly ship and iterate on marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, refine strategies, and pivot when necessary.
- Oversee the publication and promotion of blogs, guides, and changelogs.
- Contribute to SEO by optimizing on-page content and managing distribution.
- Support new product launches with targeted channel campaigns.
- Assist in organizing in-person events and enhance founder visibility through podcast, event, and PR outreach.
Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS companies
- Background as an early hire at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Demonstrated success in optimizing at least one growth channel with measurable results.
- Ability to identify high-quality, impactful content.
- Possess a structured framework for thinking and a data-driven approach to marketing.
